Mam virtualni disk image soubor Disk.vmdk (2 816 640 MB), a soubor Disk.vmx.
Stahnul jsem si Ken Kato's vdk version 3.2, ale prikazy:

vdk install
vdk start
vdk open 0 Disk.vmdk /RW

mi akorat vypsaly error:

D:\>vdk install

D:\>vdk start
Started the Virtual Disk Driver.

D:\>vdk open 0 Disk.vmdk /RW

Hledal jsem v Googlu "Failed to open the virtual disk image", ale nasel jsem maximalne: [http]http://www.911cd.net/forums//index.php?showtopic=19155[/http]

"... vdk open 0 NewHardDisk1.vdi /rw /p:0  ... if you use vdk like this it does see the diskimage as a partition-image - so this test does not mean much. Anyway - formatting it - if it is mounted this way destroys the embedded virtual box header of the disk-image - so never try this on a disk-image with data!!!  ...

Toz jenom ted doufam, ze jsem si ho neznicil.
Je pravda, ze v navodu Ken Kato's vdk version 3.2 je cosi o Fdisk, a velikostech images rozdelenych max. 2GB, ale ja uz ten Image soubor mam, a je velky 2,8GB.

V hlavicce souboru Disk.vmx je uvedeno:

config.version = "8"
virtualHW.version  = "4"
memsize = "256"


Muzete mi prosim poradit, jak si ten image Disk.vmdk mam zapnout?
