etrust antivirus nechce stahovat aktualizace

Zdravim,

  nemate nahodou nekdo etrust antivirus. Nainstaloval jsem ho, ale nechce mi stahovat aktualizace - hodi to :

initializing download
downloading from ftp site ftpav.ca.com
can't find information on the InoculateIT engine for Windows NT/2000/XP
can't find information on the Vet engine for Windows NT/2000/XP
Finished downloading from ftpav.ca.com
Errors were encoutered during update, plese see log

V logu je prd - to samy. FTP de pres proxy, ktery je v antiviru zadany, pasivni rezim taky. S pocitace sse dostanu na FTP ftpav.ca.com /pub/inoculan/scaneng/ uplne v pohode (pres ftp klienta).. Prihlaseni OK,  ale antivir to stahovat nechce, nevim cim to muze bejt.
